We only use high quality abs! same as Lego

Of course that depends on the amount of letters you require however the first letter will be a Capital and will be 10CM high and the lower case letters 8CM high depending on your choice of letters
These plaques are 10 mm thick and will stand alone with no support needed, but will look lovely hung on a door or however you want to show them off.
